Employers in Healthcare industries – Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Charity Homes for suitable internships, will interview students. An allowance will be paid.
*Subject to approval of work training pass from the Singapore immigration. |

After completing 2 years in Singapore and obtaining the BTEC Higher National Diploma, students can proceed to do a BSc. (Hons) Nursing Science and BSc (Hons) Applied Nursing Science in UK Northumbria University.
The Sandwich Scheme enhances your degree by incorporating an extra year spent on an industrial placement. The first 2 years of the scheme is spent doing the first 2 years of the programme, and then the third year is spent in an industry, where you receive supervised training. You return to the university for a further year to complete your Bachelor degree studies.
International Students do not require a work permit to under take an industrial placement that is an integral part of the degree programme.
There are many job opportunities in nursing homes, community hospitals, private homes in UK. |
