About College

Maxwell College has been entering 3rd stage of development. Established in1975, it was Perak Institute of Electronic (PIE) which offered only certificate levels in electronic study. In 1989 it was upgraded to Perak Institute of Engineering Technology (PIET) Which Offer Engineering courses up to diploma levels. And now 2007, the institute has renamed to Maxwell College.

Maxwell is now being more Polytechnic and offers more and difference courses from certificate levels to degree levels, from technical and engineering to information technology, computer software, and American Degree program of different courses. Maxwell College is a Malaysia Government Licensed private college of higher learning. It is registered in and approved by Ministry Of Education Malaysia (MOE).

The college has up to date high-tech facilities and a good library full of thousands of books for different faculties.

Ipoh is a city in Malaysia located to the north of Kuala Lumpur. It is the state capital of PERAK. Its approximately 200 Km from Malaysia via North – South Highway. Ipoh is one of Malaysia’s largest cities. Ipoh is famous for its cuisine. Native claim that Ipoh’s water that is relatively hard makes the food especially tasty. The town is famous for its “Ipoh White Coffee”. Buses are the means of transport used in Malaysia.

Application Fees: USD 100, Registration & Student visa fees: USD 200
